How to complain
If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at info@miyasolicitors.co.uk or by telephone on 0203 750 4445. Please provide your name, contact details and a clear description of your complaint.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to provide a full response within eight weeks. Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior partner who was not involved in the matter.
Legal Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted at: www.legalombudsman.org.uk, by post at PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, or by telephone on 0300 555 0333.
Solicitors Regulation Authority
If you believe a solicitor or the firm has breached the SRA Standards and Regulations, you may report the matter to the Solicitors Regulation Authority at www.sra.org.uk.
